BEng (hons), BComm, MBA
Matt has substantial finance and strategy experience. His work history includes roles within BHP Billiton as an engineer
in the state's north and later within Finance and Strategy in Perth. After more than
5 years within a strategy role and working on mergers & acquisitions for a
major global bank in the UK he returned to Perth. Matt took a keen interest in
property development while working as a senior management consultant, culminating
in bringing the Directors together and founding Megara Developments in 2007.
Chad has significant experience in business development, senior management and
finance. His work history includes several years as General Manager of a regional
mining company and he has worked in small business strategic consulting. Chad also
spent time in the UK as a senior project manager for an infrastructure and facilities
management company and he has a keen interest in agriculture and regional business.
BEng (hons), GAICD
Jamie has extensive experience in best practice project management and operations
in a variety of environments. He spent 10 years working internationally including
finance and IT project management roles in the UK. Jamie also worked as an infrastructure
and operations consultant for Visa International on 4 Olympic Games. Prior to going
overseas, Jamie worked as an engineer for BHP Billiton. He has
been actively involved in property development projects since 2006.
